The additive hopper is used to replenish the material in tanks from bags and big-bags. In the version that is more advanced in terms of design and technology, it is used for the manual, process-oriented addition of compound feed components to the mixer. The working volume is selected depending on the application and work area of the device.
The additive hopper is carried out as a steel structure in the closed or open form.
The upper part of the hopper is screwed while the chute is welded. Additionally, at the place of discharge, it is protected by a protection grate. Depending on the Client’s needs, the additive hopper may have a round, rectangular or other shape which corresponds to the requirements of the process line. In the process version, it is additionally provided with pneumatic beams, sensors and aspiration elements.
It is typically manufactured in a version painted in RAL1015 or from stainless (acid-resistant) steel. Other versions are available at special request after consultations.
