A bucket elevator is a device that is used both in agriculture and industry. It is intended for vertical transport of bulk materials such as grains, pulses and oilseeds, sawdust, biomass and pellets.
The bucket elevators are assembled from ready-made modules such as head, foot, pipes, assembly pipe, belt sensor pipes and aspiration set.
In process lines which require high cleanliness, the bucket elevator may be equipped with a self-cleaning (movable) foot. Due to the profiled shape of the bottom of the foot and the constant distance between the edge of the bucket and the bottom, a negligible amount of raw material remains in the self-cleaning foot compared to a normal foot after transport.
The elements of the bucket elevator in areas exposed to abrasion are made of materials with higher resistance.

The bucket elevators are typically painted in RAL 1015. Optionally, it is possible to use other colours. At the Client’s request, the devices may be carried out in stainless steel and galvanised versions.a
