The cooler aspiration is a system of components and devices used to ensure the appropriate flow of air required in the cooling process taking place in the counterflow pellet cooler, and the subsequent cleaning of this air from dust and its discharge outside.

Typically, most of the components are made of stainless (acid-resistant) steel. Other versions are available at special request after consultations.
The size and capacity of individual devices corresponds to the line’s capacity.

Design

  • pipelines (aspiration transport components)
  • cyclones used to clean the air from dust, sized according to the line’s capacity (the cyclone is usually provided with a rotary sluice at the outlet of the separated dust)
  • fans which ensure appropriate pressure and air flow intensity
  • roof launchers, silencers (optional), thermal insulation of the line (optional)
