The rotary screener is used to separate lumps, fine fractions from pellet, etc. in such a way as to prevent undesirable fractions, especially dust, from entering into the final product. Because of its design, it is characterised by low operational costs while still maintaining its efficiency.
Typically, a rotary screener is available in a version painted in RAL1015. Other versions are available after consultations, at special request.
Design
- body which is a supporting structure for the entire rotary screener and all its components; it houses a feeding hopper and two discharges (for treated raw material and waste)
- geared motor
- sieve which is the main working element of the screener; it consists of a mesh panel with rectangular meshes, whose size depends on the intended use of the screener; under the sieve, there is a disc which distributes the waste into the outlet opening.
