Counterflow pellet cooler

The cooler is designed to cool down pellets from a temperature of about 80°C to a temperature of about 8°C above the ambient temperature.

The cooler is designed to cool down pellets from a temperature of about 80°C to a temperature of about 8°C above the ambient temperature.

Design

  • rotary filling sluice made of stainless (acid-resistant) steel with an electric drive
  • cooling chamber made of stainless (acid-resistant) steel
  • rotary mechanism with an electric drive, used to spread the pellets evenly all over the cooling chamber
  • set of perforated grates painted in RAL1015 and used for draining the cooler.
    It consists of:
    * a fixed perforated grate
    * a working perforated grate
    * a bottom perforated grate for final draining of the cooler
  • discharge below the set of grates
  • set of sensors
